Abstract


Shanxi has abundant coal resources, known as the coal town, so far from the founding of our country’s economic development and modernization to provide a large amount of coal resources. China’s accession to WTO, globalization accelerating, Shanxi Province, Shanxi Province, the coal company as a whole "because of coal and the Environment", has made great progress, but experienced a financial crisis in 2008, significant fluctuations in coal prices, Shanxi’s coal enterprises also experienced a cold winter, Shanxi’s economy entered a period of recession. Shanxi provincial government at this time to "Heroes Brokeback," the determination to promote the restructuring of coal enterprises, resolutely eliminate backward production capacity, Shanxi coal companies are rethinking the direction of development of coal enterprises and the development path. Coal enterprise managers and all scholars are trying to find a good economic and environmental costs of small coal enterprises of high social development. At this time of the development strategy of the coal in Shanxi Province, especially the integration of coal resources have experienced life under a non-state-owned coal enterprises to study the main body of great significance.This paper studies the strategic management theory of enterprise as the main theoretical support, combined with the relevant core competence theory, integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province after the environmental change, including economic environment, industry environment, the policy environment to the internal environment change as a foothold on the integration of coal resources in Shanxi coal companies private-Ju Yi Industrial Co., Ltd. to explore the development of strategic research.The first chapter by describing the background of this study the significance of clear theoretical and practical significance, the study identified the main directions and use basic research methods, the thesis research compared the overall and detailed architecture. Chapter Two reviews so far from the twentieth century, the mainstream of the sixties and non-mainstream strategic management theories, identified the theoretical basis of essay writing, but also absorb a lot of experience of many scholars for the study of industrial enterprises Juyi development strategy to lay a solid foundation.
