Abstract


In the knowledge economy , knowledge is the important source of energy enterprises to gain the initiative and maintain a sustained competitiveness , and thus knowledge management is very important in the process of business management . Knowledge management is a complex systems involving multidisciplinary science, from the the system wider perspective to examine and to exploit its inherent law of the research in this field . Complex networks in recent years as a powerful research tool , more and more the concern of scholars , which also provides a new research methods for research in the field of knowledge management . This article looks at the manufacturing enterprise knowledge management project , on the basis of corporate research and previous theoretical studies , combined with the complex network theory , different forms of enterprise knowledge network model is constructed ; analysis of the knowledge of the network topology and its evolution model ; explore modular enterprise knowledge ; mining constitute the characteristics of the distribution of knowledge and talent and enterprise knowledge networks , the auxiliary reference for enterprise management and decision-making . In this paper, the application of a combination of empirical data and numerical simulation technology to carry out research work . BNF, and body method of combining knowledge network knowledge representation ; two levels from basic business knowledge and professional knowledge to explore the distribution of corporate knowledge resources ; enterprise knowledge network topology , combination of empirical data and simulation analysis , comparative analysis of knowledge networks and enterprise businesses need real knowledge networks . By enterprise personnel structure analysis of the robustness of enterprise knowledge in enterprise knowledge network model . In addition, the enterprise knowledge modular study , based on business process study the correlation of knowledge , of knowledge modular metrics . Finally, the design and development of the knowledge network analysis tools .
