Abstract


At present , China's economic work is to achieve two fundamental changes of the economic structure and growth mode , the demand for talent is more diverse and more demanding on the quality of personnel training , and more targeted . Since the Ministry of Education announced a significant expansion of the scale of higher education enrollment , higher education began to enter a period of rapid development . At the same time, the contradiction between the quantity and quality also come to the fore . Improve the quality of teaching , which is both inevitable and necessary to the development of higher education needs . Improve the quality of teaching , teaching reform is a pilot . In this paper, the study of changes in the teaching of art and design foundation . The basic teaching of art and design in a period of change guiding ideology , teaching content , teaching methods do a certain degree of analysis and in specific practical link the new method , play a valuable role . This paper first introduces the art and design professionals are facing opportunities and challenges in China 's institutions of higher art enrollment after the situation on the importance of the transition period art design professional teaching reform and development direction .
