Abstract

Jidong clinker grinding cement , strength and some other physical properties are very good , but the preparation of concrete slump loss , especially after adding superplasticizer more serious , thus greatly limiting Hebei East cement on the high-performance concrete . The purpose of the research is to explore the Jidong Cement formulated concrete slump loss greater reason , and to find practical solutions through experiments . This study analyzed the chemical composition of a new clinker Jidong clinker and Kai , and compare both clinker by XRD, SEM and EDS analysis of modern testing methods . From the mineral composition is not much difference between the two , but the two kinds of clinker aluminate mineral crystal morphology is significantly different . Therefore result in Jidong clinker grinding cement initial hydration faster than Kai new clinker grinding of cement is much faster , a lot of mixing water quickly into the hydration products of the chemical combination of water and surface physisorbed water . Clinker particles formed around the same time as large hydration product particles are gathered in the flocculated structure, in turn part of the free water is enclosed in the flocculated structure , for use in a further reduction in flow of free water . Hydration initial for a rapid decrease of the flow of free water , the root cause is the Jidong Cement formulated concrete slump suffered serious losses . In this study, through the establishment of a mathematical model , a quantitative calculation of the various existing state water . Made in quantitative terms, the cause of the slump loss . This study examined the impact of various factors on the loss of mortar fluidity the mortar fluidity loss of cement composition . Experimental results show that under the conditions do not change the clinker composition , by adjusting the types and quantities of gypsum , mixed material types and quantities , the fineness of the cement , soluble alkali and admixtures , etc. , can be reduced in a certain extent, the flow of the slurry degree and the loss , while the other physical properties of the cement is not compromised .
