Abstract


The judicial committee of the people's court system is an important part of our current judicial system , has a unique judicial system different from other countries . Contention has been constantly on the retention or abolition of the judicial committee system in recent years , this is the course of justice , the independence of the judiciary , the role of litigation efficiency of modern judicial philosophy . Many people believe that the judicial committee system to interfere in the jurisdiction of judges , in violation of the principle of direct trial , in violation of the principle of a public trial , violating the withdrawal system , the lack of accountability mechanisms , which advocated the abolition of the system of the judicial committee . Recalling the judicial committee system , changes in the history of development , we can easily find the beginning of its establishment , the lack of litigation support of theory , but out of the need for democracy and social reality .
