Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of China's export trade, of our country export commodities in Europe and the United States and other countries was filed anti-dumping litigation cases increased sharply. Anti-dumping charges has become the largest export trade development in our country legal obstacles. According to China's economic and legal aspects of the actual, the use of international economic law theory, the antidumping law on the origin and development, and focuses on the evolution of our export products by frequent anti-dumping litigation the grim situation and reasons of the applicable law from the perspective of our country in anti-dumping litigation of the experiences and lessons are summarized and discussed, and puts forward the countermeasures to deal with foreign anti-dumping litigation.
