Abstract


As the knowledge economy era , the process of integration in the global economy , accompanied , Chinese enterprises gradually with the world, as the world economic tide a not inconsiderable force. In this era, economic development mainly depends on the knowledge, but who is the owner and founder of knowledge , how companies can attract , possession, leaving these excellent staff, in an uncertain economic environment to maintain core competitive advantage ? A aspects of business to have accurate , detailed strategic objectives , norms advanced management system ; the other hand is the most important point , companies should continue to train with excellent staff management mechanism and excellent staff continued to stimulate potential mechanisms, namely enterprises with their own the actual situation , the establishment of a scientific and effective performance management system . In this thesis, ZD company as a case study. ZD company is a large high-tech companies in the high-speed development, companies are also facing the environment, industry and competition as well as many challenges in their own development . Papers spirit of the performance management theory and research on ZD company's existing performance management system based on the analysis , combined with the company 's current situation presents performance management recommendations for improvement. The main contents are as follows: First, the basic theory of performance management made ??a conceptual introduction, and then from the company's current situation , combined with the internal and external environment and market positioning, ZD company's existing performance evaluation methods and assessment for the contents of performance management system are described and analyzed , and finally put forward based on strategic goals of performance management improvements recommended by the original use of the company 's performance management approach - law and the Balanced Scorecard key performance combine to develop a series of systems and measures , in order to improve the company's performance management process .
