Abstract


After three decades of reform and opening up , the development of the private economy as an important part of the national economy continued to grow, expanding, innovation and significantly improve our ability to significantly improve the economic and social benefits . Especially small and medium-sized private enterprises play an increasingly important role to solve the employment , increase tax revenue and narrow the gap between the rich and the poor , and promote the harmonious development of society . The ability of independent innovation of small and medium private enterprises , improve the independent innovation system of the country has a very important significance for the implementation of the scientific concept of development , promoting industrial upgrading and structural optimization , enhance the country's economic strength and core competitiveness . Scientific generalization of the definition of small and medium-sized private enterprises , a detailed analysis of the characteristics and the status and role of the small and medium private enterprises ; starting from the concept of core competencies , the constituent elements of the core competitiveness , nurture and enhance system elaborated ; REVIEW innovation and the development of the theory of context , to clarify the concept of independent innovation and characteristics ; summarized the status of independent innovation of SMEs evaluation , and summed up the deficiencies of the current study . Depth to explore the relationship between innovation and core competitiveness , system analysis independent innovation dynamic mechanism to enhance the core competitiveness . According to the established principles of the index system , to build small and medium private enterprises independent innovation capability evaluation index system , select the principal component analysis Evaluation Model to lay the foundation for empirical research . Selected five small and medium-sized private enterprises in Henan Province as samples, divided into four modules , \according to the results of empirical analysis , combined with the specific circumstances of Henan Province , to enhance the capability of independent innovation of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Henan Province ways .
