Abstract


Coal enterprise resource depletion enterprise , and to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises , the implementation of the diversification strategy is an objective choice . State - owned coal enterprises can do a good job in the coal business development , while relying on the coal industry , the development of proper diversification strategies , and stronger excellent diversification projects and foster the growth advantage and core competencies coal substitute industries , is a very important research topics and practical tasks . This paper focuses on the subject of \SF Group , for example , the system analyzes the status quo of China 's coal industry , the state-owned coal enterprises Motivation and necessity of the implementation of the diversification strategies , basic conditions , mode , cost , especially on the current state-owned coal enterprises in the development of diversified business problems in depth analysis that targeted countermeasures to resolve or avoid these problems , as well as a state-owned coal enterprises developed and implemented properly diversified business strategy should take a series of measures .
