Abstract


Been , all levels of government are very concerned about the \The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued a number of policies to strengthen agriculture as the foundation , to protect the interests of farmers , and maintain stability in rural areas , the development of the rural economy . Constantly adjust and improve the process of the CPC Central Committee and the \In particular, in recent years , Hunan seriously implement the central \But in the process of implementation of the policy , but also constantly exposed some problems , how to effectively crack the farmers' problems , stabilize and improve the benefits of agricultural policy has become an important topic . This article briefly reviews the rescheduled since China preferential agricultural policy , in-depth analysis of the background of Hunan Province preferential agricultural policy introduced .
