Abstract


Real estate as a new growth point of China's national economy and pillar industries , the impact of domestic and international factors facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges . Nurture and continuously improve their core competitiveness in the increasingly fierce competition in the market to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises , is the survival and development of the real estate business , there must be the road . Therefore, China's real estate enterprise's core competitiveness analysis and evaluation , has a certain theoretical and practical significance . Based on the theory of core competitiveness in this article , the definition of core competitiveness of enterprises for enterprises to participate in market competition , consciously formed its own unique resources for effective integration and management and to enable businesses to achieve sustained competitive advantage and excess profit unique combination of capabilities. In this thesis, theoretical research and case studies combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods first value chain analysis of the formation process of the real estate enterprise's core competitiveness , combined with the actual situation of China 's real estate enterprises to identify the impact of real estate enterprise's core competitiveness factors , from the perspective of intellectual capital , the core competitiveness of the real estate is divided into human capital, organizational capital, technology, capital , market capital and social capital five categories . Establishment of real estate enterprise core competitiveness evaluation index system . And then create a projection pursuit model for evaluation , ant colony algorithm is introduced in the optimization process of the projection pursuit index function , to improve the computational speed and accuracy , to evaluate the real estate enterprise's core competitiveness . Finally, the instances of five real estate core competitiveness of enterprises to evaluate and make recommendations. In this study, the cultivation of China's real estate enterprise's core competitiveness and to improve the competitiveness of China 's real estate enterprises in domestic and foreign markets certain realities and guiding significance .
