Abstract


Objects:To research the anti-tumor activity and the antioxidant activity of extracts from Oxalis corniculata L in vitro after extraction and separation.Methods:1. Total flavonoids in Oxalis corniculata L were extracted by alcohol. And DM-130 macroporous adsorptive resins were used to separate and purify total flavonoids. According to total flavonoids assaying in the People’s Republic of China pharmacopeia 2000 version, mading Rutoside standard substance, we determine total flavonoids content in Oxalis corniculata L by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH absorption spectrometry.2. The inhibitory action of Oxalis corniculata L alcohol extracts I-IV to HepG2.2.15, MCF-7, Hela, U251 were investigated with MTT method.3. The eliminating capabilities on organic free radicals of the water extracts from Oxalis corniculata L were determined by DPPH and FRAP methods.Results:1. Total flavonoids content in Oxalis corniculata L is 1.774%. DM-130 macroporous adsorptive resins to flavonoids from Oxalis corniculata L static saturation adsorption quantity is 1.1988 mg·g-1.80% alcohol has good effect to remove adsorption. The elution rate is 85.802%, and flavonoids gathering quantity increases by 48.32%.2. Total flavonoids extracts IV from Oxalis corniculata L posses elective inhibitory action to human tumor cell. It has a good depressant effect to human hepatoma carcinoma cell HepG2.2.15, and its inhibitory action has a good time-effect relationship and dose-effect relationship. But the IC50 is inferior to PPD.3. With the concentration of Extracts from Oxalis corniculata L increasing, the eliminating capability on DPPH free radicals is gradually enhanced. The eliminating rate on DPPH free radicals of 2mg/mL water extracts from Oxalis corniculata L is 67.144%. The total antioxidant Activity of 2mg/mL water extracts from Oxalis corniculata L is 1.09 mM by FRAP methods. Conclusion:1. There is rich of total flavonoids content in Oxalis corniculata L. And extraction andpurification are very easy.2. Total flavonoids extracts IV of Oxalis corniculata L has a good depressant effect to human hepatoma carcinoma cell HepG2.2.15.3. The anti-oxidant activity in vitro on Oxalis corniculata L was researched at the first time. Oxalis corniculata L has a good inhibitory effect to free radicals, and it is value to further develop and use.
