Abstract


With the development of society , to achieve mutual exchange , one of the requirements of a large public space is also increasing , so the large steel structure has been widely used in public buildings in China , will further promote the construction of the Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo venues large steel the structure of the development . The diversity and complexity of large steel structure construction method , increased structural construction difficulty and difficult to control . To ensure the safety of construction projects , economic , smooth , fast , it is necessary to carry out the whole construction process simulation analysis to understand the mechanical characteristics of the structure during the construction phase , and at the same time a series of issues related to research structure construction process . Construction process simulation focused on the structure line model simulation , which can not meet the needs of large and complex steel structure construction process simulation . Development of computer hardware and software , automotive, aerospace and other fields of mechanical simulation design the increasingly image and realistic , these can learn the theory and technology base to promote the development of three-dimensional solid structural construction process simulation . This article briefly describes the status of the importance of construction simulation and structure construction technology and simulation methods , elaborated the principle of virtual prototyping , and multi-body dynamics theory , and in -depth study of the movement in the mechanical system simulation technology based on ; based COSMOS / Motion motion simulation technology proposed for the simulation of large steel structure construction process and implementation steps , so that it can be applied to the simulation of large steel structure construction process ; COSMOS / Motion platform , subnet actual construction process of the shell structure \warning of the construction process parameters and the state of motion method to understand the weaknesses or dangerous aspects of the construction process , and proposes a strategy for large steel structure construction process early warning method to observe the state of motion warning .
