Abstract


Objective: To investigate the common allergens of cosmetics of suspected patients with cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis in a urban dermatological clinic in SoochowMethods: Patients with suspected cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis were questioned and tested with the European cosmetic series and 5 Chinese cosmetic allergens of the screening allergens, and the results were recorded according to International Contact Dermatitis Research Group ( ICDRG) recommendations.Results: A total of 61 positive reactions were observed in 89 patients, and the positivity rate is 68.5%. The main cosmetic allergens were fragrances(33.7%), preservative (30.3%), 4-Phenylenediamine base (25.8%), Amerchol L 101(10.1%).Conclusion: Fragrances, preservative, 4-Phenylenediamine base and Amerchol L 101 are the main allergens of the patients with cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis in Soochow.
