Abstract

Diabetes is a major issue plagued human insulin is an effective means for the treatment of diabetes , in the current administration of insulin by injection to a larger extent play to the efficacy of insulin , but the patient during the injection process , the need to endure injection pain. We therefore adopted the ring arrangement microneedles duration of 5ms, voltage 120V electrical pulses to the skin caused by water - based channels to enhance skin permeability to insulin . Experiments show that , without any treatment of the skin , insulin not through the microneedle electrode electrically induced hole means can be improved more effectively than simply using microneedle transdermal effect of insulin . And in order to treat conditions in SD rats pain test also confirmed that the treatment conditions to ensure the effect of insulin transdermal while managing to avoid induced strong rejection . This treatment combined with insulin hydrogel for the treatment of alloxan -induced diabetic mice , the treatment group, blood glucose decreased significantly, even lower than normal blood glucose levels , blood glucose while the control group only is rhythmic changes.
