Abstract


In theory, the individual why criminal psychology research, physiological and genetic studies, environmental and cultural factors and political reasons, there has been a lot of causes on crime doctrine. The formation of the criminal mind and criminal behavior can not be ignored due to the extremely complex factors affect a person the formation of criminal psychology and criminal behavior, individual differences, existing criminal psychology research conclusions also can not be fully applicable to everyone and every situation, which provides the necessary background to continue in-depth study of a variety of topics of criminal psychology. In order to further explore the criminal mind deep-seated factors (mainly unconscious), using a combination of theoretical study projective tests (self) method. Theoretical studies in the literature review, case commentary, the main use of the analysis of psychologist Carl Jung consciousness, the personal unconscious, the collective unconscious, and the unconscious in which these concepts and principles to analyze elaborate crime psychological structure which criminal psychology play launch, strengthen control, excitation factors. Meanwhile, try to to Buddhist psychology theory to explain the formation mechanism of the crimes unconscious. Major psychological factors in the four components of the power structure, feature structures, psychological state, regulating structure of this study agree with crime psychological structure, this study suggests that the four major psychological factors, unconscious psychological content generated on criminal psychology and development played a certain role. Including: power structure in antisocial unconscious, unconscious needs, unconscious motives of the crime; the eigenstructure perpetrators prototype; psychological state negative unconscious causes of bad mood; adjust the structure of self-consciousness and the unconscious communion, moral unconscious projection. Practice research, projective tests and found that there is some unconscious mental content which specific offender psychological state of life deep feelings on the rights of desire and the desire to rescue the soul, and Jung's unconscious theory based analysis and interpretation. This article was positive exploration in deep psychological reasons why some crime and some people are not criminal factors. This study is based on the conclusions of the study of criminal psychology unconscious psychological content, both from the deepening of social morality and moral construction of the prison on prevention and suppression of crime and further reforming criminals ideas, stressed that: unconscious mental content does not eliminate, To regulate and control the unconscious role in criminal psychology, the key is self-awareness, and the foundation was the need to establish and deepen the sense of morality and self-conscious conditioning system. Has been the ultimate goal of the study of crime prevention and suppression of crime, the Jungian theory of the unconscious, Buddhist psychology theory and the psychological impact of crime factors combine to explore, to expand the horizons of criminal psychology.
