Abstract


College students work in the new situation facing many new situations and new problems, the requirements of the higher ranks of college counselors, college counselors organizational commitment to the importance of team building affect college counselors factor. The counselor duties under the current system, many colleges and universities are not clearly defined, and heavy tasks, work pressures, counselors work actively and effectiveness of the work affected, which may lead to its organizational commitment to greatly reduce, counselors The team is unstable, therefore, the study of this group of college counselors work stress and organizational commitment is important. College Counselors Team Building mostly theoretical, empirical research less, and for college counselors work stress and organizational commitment less. This article is based on a literature review of previous research, combined with the status quo of college counselors work, in reference to their predecessors, job stress and organizational commitment scale based on well-prepared college counselors work stress scale and organizational commitment scale, and then targeted selected 14 colleges and universities in Shandong Province and Shanxi Province, more than 300 college counselors as samples used questionnaires to collect data, and data to conduct a detailed statistical analysis. Fully explored and demonstrated by the results of the study, and finally summarizes the main conclusions of the paper, at the same time make the outlook for future research. In this study, the following conclusions: (1) the overall college counselor working pressure high workload pressure, followed by human pressure, and other relatively low pressure, we can see that our college counselors every day to deal with a variety of affairs relative levels of sex work and personal relationships lead to high workload pressure and interpersonal stress; overall, college counselors, organizational commitment is on the middle level, the highest level of emotional commitment, followed by normative commitment, ideal commitment, commitment to the economic promise and opportunity school feelings, values ??slightly lower, we can see that college counselors have a certain degree of recognition and economic commitment, ideal commitment, commitment to the recognition of a relatively low degree of opportunity. (2) different age, marital status, hours of work, administrative duties and title of college counselors work pressure, organizational commitment were different on each dimension. Overall, the greater the age, the longer working hours, higher the titles of counselor, workload and greater competitive pressures, the younger, unmarried, working shorter the time, the college counselors end titles interpersonal stress, working conditions the greater the pressure and the role of pressure; older, married, and the longer, the higher the administrative duties and title of counselor to higher organizational commitment. Gender in the dimension of the working pressure and organizational commitment was no significant difference. (3) the relationship between work stress and organizational commitment, overall, college counselors work pressure with organizational commitment was significantly negatively correlated the the workload pressure with the economic commitment, normative commitment, opportunities commitment was a significant positive correlation with the organization commitment to the total score was significantly negatively correlated; competitive pressures with the ideal commitment, economic commitment, feelings of commitment was significant with negative correlation with the opportunity commitment was significant with a positive correlation; interpersonal stress with ideal commitments, norms commitment, emotional commitment, organizational commitment score was significantly negative correlation, the commitment was a significant positive correlation with the opportunity; pressure of working conditions with the ideals and commitment to economic commitment, normative commitment, a commitment to opportunity, emotional commitment, organizational commitment score showed a significant negative correlation; role stress ideal commitment, economic commitment, specification commitment to opportunity, commitment, emotional commitment, organizational commitment score showed a significant negative correlation.
