Abstract

At the same time, the reform of American society, the general public of the United States fight for democratic rights struggle, also set forth requirements for public education promote public educational thoughts in its development. This chapter describes the public free school mission, purposes, and characteristics of the school, including the neutrality of public free schools and public. Part V (Chapter IV): On the Horace Mann teachers and teacher training.
