Abstract


With the rapid development of the Internet , people are being surrounded by a vast sea of information . Accurately and efficiently extract useful information from the ocean of information , it is to solve the problem of information extraction task . Information extraction since the late 1980s , the natural language processing research areas hot research problem . The United States and Europe have developed information extraction technology and evaluation plan . Chinese information extraction research started late , still in the exploratory stage . Information extraction task particularly in recent years to deal with unexpected incidents in dire need . With a variety of coal mine safety accidents occur frequently , the ability to deal with unexpected incidents has become an important test of the government 's ability to govern . To deal with unexpected incidents is a systematic project , one of the important part is the collection of information , sorting , processing and release . Collect timely , objective , accurate information quickly and efficiently extract useful information , this has become an important aspect to improve emergency response capacity is also an important indicator of the ability to measure to deal with emergencies . This article in the extensive analysis of coal mine safety accident news reports characteristics based on multiple news reports of the same incident (ie, the same event more than text ) to handle objects and taking into account the importance of time , to gain support for coal mine safety information extraction entity recognition feature of geographical names the time identifying characteristics , based on coal mine safety information extraction system . Compared with the English information extraction , the Chinese text processing depth knowledge resources to support larger gap . Therefore , in the course of the study , for each of the research content , we have analyzed the support and constraints of existing resources and text processing depth of information extraction task , exploratory study time information identification method has a certain robustness in order to lay the foundation for further research to find a breakthrough , in order to provide experience for the next work .
