Abstract


Ernest Nagel is a master of the prestigious American scientific and philosophical circles , and his works have caused a lot of the philosophy of science community . But the most far-reaching impact , his scientific description of point of view, the naturalistic view and G?del proof three . Which is a scientific point of view the most classic , 10 one of the points greatest impact has been regarded as the history of the philosophy of science . This article begins with brief background of Nagel 's life and thought , in order to better understand the reasons of the Nagel scientific philosophy generated . Then , the three basic viewpoints of the article on Nagel elaborate . First, the elaborate Nagel scientific Description thinking , Profile What is the scientific explanation , including how to distinguish between science and common sense , the scientific explanation of the concept and exemplified life science described some examples ; Second , the description of the nature of science , the study of logic its knowledge structure , in order to further the understanding of the inherent nature of scientific explanation ; Finally, after briefly the structure and characteristics of the science described in each of the areas of special scientific knowledge , Nagel science shows that thought evaluated. Brief , naturalistic point of view , expounded the basic content of the Nagel naturalistic view , explore the natural ideology and its significance Nagel departure from the naturalistic point processing between man and nature .
