Abstract


Due to logistic process characters variety and dynamic real time, all enterprises have to face more and more risk in Logistic process. The managers of Logistic enterprise are concerning to obtain the most profit, meanwhile, they are also more and more care of the capability of pre-alert, analysis and mitigation the risk. That impulses the research and application in technology of Logistic risk management. The research of Logistic risk includes qualitative research, quantitative research and factual research. The research covers Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Management and general process of enterprise risk management which exists in Business Continuity Management. There are a lot of achievements in qualitative research over the world. The most of works are focusing on Risk Identification and Risk Management.The target of this paper is applying work flow technology on controlling the logistic risk. The paper studies the characteristic and cause of logistic risk from multiple views, researchs the principle of work flow and its control and realization method. The paper chooses Hankyu’s Air Management System as a sample to study operation flow and analyze risk node, construct a general control model of logistic risk system, applies work flow technology to realize control and mitigation of logistic risk, thereby constructs a high level effective analysis and decision system in logistic risk.Firstly,this paper studies general logistic risk and its status of the research achievement over the world, analyzes the logistic risk control theory and method, then researches the status and trend of workflow, meanwhile studies intensively the realization process and method on work flow principle, work flow reference model, work flow modeling tools, work flow controlling principle, and work flow data, etc. After studies the theory and technology of workflow, a methodology of logistic risk management is constructed. Finally, the paper applies the work flow technology to an instance of logistic management system, constructs a workflow engine and mitigation risk route, sets up a logistic risk analysis and control model on work flow technology, and fulfills controlling and mitigating logistic risk.
