Abstract


Along with Chinese government by law society advancement, bar, if wants to grow strong in the intense international market competition, one of keys carries is the information construction. In the Law office management the majority of work involve the multi-departments, needs cooperate with the work, has the obvious flow rule and the characteristic, but the workflow technology achievement realizes a business management automation advanced technology solves one of this kind of question efficiently. As a result of the Law office management situation’s complexity, is usually impossible to define in the process beforehand each kind of control and the step, has the high request to system’s flexibility. Using the advanced flexible workflow management system can process law office management system’s flow question well. This article is applies the flexible workflow technology to bar a practice.This article take workflow management system reference model as a core, analyzed thoroughly has opened source workflow engine , osworkflow, the structure and the source code, and has carried on the re-development in 2.8 edition of foundations, has realized based on the flexible workflow Law office management system (LOMS). This system uses the RIA construction, the client side design based on Ext on the JSVM technical, while server use Spring + Hibernate to construct.This article has completed based on the flexible workflow technology Law office management system’s development work. The system can fit the requirement of the operation flow. After the observation actual movement’s effect, it can realize nimble change flow flexibility work flow control and so on execution route, add user and control jurisdiction functions. The system is stable, run fast, and has the high security, the extension, the compatibility, the standards, and convenient. This system has the very important application significance and the promoted application prospect, will have the good economic efficiency and the social efficiency. The flexible workflow management system after played the good role now in the practical application, was a Law office management information development direction, had the broader prospects for development.
