Abstract


With SO 2 strict emission standards and the development of the domestic gas desulphurization technology limestone wet flue gas desulfurization as a stable operation , high desulfurization efficiency , low running costs of desulfurization technology has been a wide range of applications . Based on Fluent software platform , based on the two-film theory SO 2 absorption model , write the UDF program , coupled via an interface to the Fluent software to simulate the flow field of the spray tower and desulfurization the inlet of the column were optimized elect the optimal entrance angles . Finally , according to the actual operation of the desulfurization system , simulation and analysis of boiler load, than liquid-gas desulfurization spray tower resistance characteristics and the desulfurization efficiency of the spray layers of the run , and run for the desulfurization tower design and operation to provide theoretical guidance . In this paper, using the standard k - epsilon turbulence model described in the tower flue gas turbulent motion tracking droplet motion of the particle trajectory model , SO , 2 absorption model reflects the flue gas phase and particle phase between the mass transfer rate , SIMPLE algorithm coupling the various models of different flue gas desulphurization spray tower entrance angle tower flow field simulation, the simulation results show that : the the spray slurry spray tower flue gas has a strong role in rectifying ; impact resistance properties of the spray tower and desulfurization efficiency of different flue gas inlet angle 15 degrees when the flue gas inlet angle of the spray tower , spray tower performance . The simulation method and results enough intuitive reflect the spray tower gas -liquid two- phase flow state , provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of the spray tower structure . The actual operation of the power plant boiler operating parameters at time change is bound to affect the operation of the desulfurization spray tower . In this paper, the operating parameters of desulfurization spray tower resistance and the shedding efficiency . The results show that : in the case of other conditions remain unchanged , with the boiler load , run spray Floors , the increase in the ratio of liquid to gas , the resistance of the desulfurization tower in the gradual increase; desulfurization efficiency is lowered as the load increases , with operation spray layers of liquid-gas ratio increases, respectively. This method can intuitively reflect the the the desulfurization tower resistance and SO 2 concentration distribution , guidance and optimization of desulfurization spray tower design and operation of important guiding significance .
