Abstract


With the tobacco industry to carry out the construction of modern logistics system , tobacco logistics standardization in the business development strategy increasingly important role mesh . Tobacco logistics system as an important aspect of the logistics industry, the standardization of the tobacco issue has caused concern and attention of relevant departments to develop a section to the technical standards as the core of logistics standards, but the logistics service standards on tobacco research is scarce . As market competition upgrades , customer logistics service requirements on tobacco promotion and tobacco logistics services construction and implementation of standardization is imminent . Based on the above background , this paper analyzes domestic and international logistics services based on standardization , Xi'an tobacco logistics distribution center for the study, under the guidance of the integrated theory , the Xi'an tobacco logistics service system construction and implementation of standards -depth analysis and research . In this paper, Xi'an tobacco logistics distribution center in-depth research and analysis of relevant data compilation , based on the first logistics center in Xi'an tobacco tobacco standardization of logistics services to analyze the situation , summed up their problems in the standardization process ; then the logistics integration theory, establish a tobacco logistics distribution center in Xi'an integrated body of Xi'an tobacco integrated logistics service model , the whole process of tobacco logistics operations for process optimization , to form an interlocking chain of logistics and distribution services , to achieve Xi'an tobacco logistics distribution center organization integration of resources and capabilities , and on this basis , from the perspective of building an integrated logistics service standards , Xi'an tobacco , making targeted both established standards , connectivity , but also has integrity and operability ; final adoption of Xi'an implementation of tobacco logistics service standardization factors affecting the implementation of proposed standardized methods, procedures and measures to ensure that tobacco logistics service standards for the smooth implementation and promotion , in order to standardize the tobacco research enterprise logistics services play some reference and reference.
