Abstract


Objective: To study the clinical diabetes after kidney transplantation law and patients . Methods: The clinical data of the treating hospital were collected from April 2002 to December 2006 , 113 cases of kidney transplantation patients , observed after transplantation diabetes (Post Transplantation Diabetes Melljtus, PTDM) before the age of transplant patients body mass index (BMI), positive family history of diabetes , blood cyclosporine A (CsA) trough levels of immunosuppressants scheme and acute rejection occurred aspects of the relationship and PTDM patients . Results : In the group of 113 patients , after eight cases of diabetes , the total prevalence rate of 7.08% . Statistics show that diabetic patients with kidney transplants after kidney transplantation in patients with non-diabetic age, preoperative body mass index (BMI) and different the immunosuppressant programs on the use (CsA and FK of of 506 < / sub> ) statistically significant . Positive family history of diabetes , the incidence of cyclosporine A trough levels PTDM not prompted significant correlation . Three cases of various types of infection in diabetic patients after renal transplantation , including two cases of pulmonary infection ( mixed bacterial infection) , urinary tract infection , the infection rate of 37.5% ; another one cases of PTDM patients hypertonic nonketotic coma after a large number of insulin measures to rescue control of the disease , but then died of severe pneumonia ; the postoperative coronary heart disease patients . Conclusion: Based on the 8 patients, renal transplant patients with diabetes and other related studies , post-transplant diabetes secondary diabetes , a variety of factors have an impact on glucose metabolism occurred after regular monitoring of blood glucose be diagnosed early . Diet therapy , immunosuppressants and selective use of antidiabetic drugs effective in the treatment of this disease . Improper handling various complications secondary to diabetes will lead to serious consequences , required to cause clinical attention .
