Objective: To analyze patients with drug-induced liver disease , increase awareness of the disease as soon as possible to make the correct diagnosis and treatment , comparative glycyrrhizin combined with Glutathione efficacy alone reduced glutathione efficacy . Methods : from January 2000 to February 2007 , our hospital 150 cases of drug-induced liver disease patients were retrospectively analyzed , and and 1997 Maria drug induced liver disease scoring system to re-evaluate . 121 cases of drug-induced liver treatment were observed , including 59 cases associated with glycyrrhizin and reduced glutathione , 62 patients with reduced glutathione . After balancing the impact of drug-induced liver disease , age, sex , degree of drug-induced liver , screened 80 cases do efficacy observed . 38 cases of the combination group , 42 cases for a single group , together with a group associated with conventional treatment based on four weeks of glycyrrhizin and reduced glutathione treatment . Group on the basis of conventional therapy alone alone reduced glutathione , the course of four weeks . Results: 150 cases in Maria score ≥ 14 points were 121 cases . Involved in drug frequency descending order as follows: 24.6% of anti-tuberculosis drugs , 17.4% of the chemotherapy drugs , the immunosuppressants 15.7 % for 10.7% of the Chinese medicine slimming tea , antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drugs 9.1% 4.9% , cardiovascular medicines , sex hormones medicines by 4.1% , anti - thyroid hyperactivity and hypoglycemic agents 4.1% , other 9.1% . Clinical classification : hepatocellular injury type 60.2% , the cholestasis 24.6% , 15.2% of the mixed . Combined group with group total efficiency of 92.1% and 71.4 % , respectively ( p <0.05 ) . Conclusion: The most common liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs , chemotherapy drugs , immunosuppressants , traditional Chinese medicine and antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drug - induced liver damage gradually increased . Glycyrrhizin combined with Glutathione treatment of drug-induced liver effect of reduced glutathione efficacy is superior to single .
