Abstract


In the economic globalization, social complexity and natural environment worsens ceaselessly under the background of the times, the public crisis has made occasional to frequent, and in the global environment in our country, is also in the public crisis is sent high period, all kinds of natural disasters, accidents, public health event crisis increasingly public nerve stimulation. These events are with strong sudden and high uncertainty, and this evolution quickly, to the public caused tremendous damage and impact on society as a whole, the crisis and the ability to handle formed a severe test. And in this among them, the role of mass media critical, mass media as a and its effect directly and dramatically affect the public crisis early discovery, in the late release and solution etc. The news media" as" like a tranquilizer as to appease the audience, stable common feelings of people, in a crisis to the public in order to guide public opinion, to play early warning function. But the news media " not as" late" or as" the rumor rumor, intensifying mass panic, delaying the optimal timing of intervention in the crisis, the crisis of the social causes, not some of this adverse effect.
