Abstract


The stability of rural has a close connection with china’s revolution of opening up to the outside word and modernization. Today,in face of sharply transferred social agencies and frequently public emergencies,it will means a lot to strengthen the studies on the administrations of public emergencies.This paper starts from the cooperative mechanism of multiple governance subjects of public emergencies in countryside,and basic on fully analysis of theories practice and typical cases to deeply understand the root and formation of public emergencies in countryside and pay full attention to the value of cooperative mechanism of public emergencies in countryside. Also, this paper will help readers to notify different shortages and problems those are still exist in multiple administrative subjects of public emergencies in countryside, for example, the organizational difficulties、systematic difficulties and etc. Then, deeply analysis the reason and existing mechanism of cooperative difficulties. At last,the paper put forward a well-developed cooperative.Coordination mechanism is the ultimate choice of solving the present public emergencies in the countryside, systematically analyze ways and methods that construct multiple governance subjects of public emergencies in the countryside,and provide a new perspective of effective theories of public emergencies in countryside.
