Abstract


This paper, based on the investigation to the new generation of migrant workers into the process of urban frustration and speeding up urbanization as the background and basic characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers as a starting point for their frustration ability of anti-status quo were analysis, and reference“resilience" theory, the new generation of migrant workers into the city during the anti-setback building the internal mechanism.Through the survey found, the new generation of migrant workers is not optimistic resilience. Frustration caused by the new generation of migrant workers the main reasons are: high self-needs, non-public treatment system level, the new generation of migrant workers own factors, social environment and so on.Frustration on the generation of migrant workers through the analysis of the causes and the resilience of migrant workers on the new generation of Investigation, the paper quoted "resilience" theory, to help stimulate the generation of migrant workers to tap their own strengths and potential, positive environment interaction, so to help themselves have a strong heart, able to actively cope with stress, difficulties, crises or setbacks, and gather our strength through. Therefore, in cultivating the new generation of migrant workers and improve the resilience, the new generation of migrant workers on their own development and smooth integration into city life, speed up urban and rural construction is of great practical significance.
