Abstract


As the constantly promotion of the elementary educational curriculum reform, the curriculum resources seem more and more important. It is realized that the extent of the abundance and adaptability of the curriculum resources determine the scope and extent of the realization of the curriculum objective; the abundance as well as development and utilization of the curriculum resources determine the scope and extent of the implementation of the curriculum; and the development and utilization of the curriculum resources affect the transferring of curriculum function and the approach of study. As the direct curriculum implementers, teachers are familiar with the knowledge, abilities, interests and needs of the learners. Accordingly, teachers determine the scope of recognition, the extent of development and the level of benefit of curriculum resources.In the process of increasing development of the elementary educational curriculum reform, the curriculum reform of kindergartens also is being carried out fast. It is said in the“Outline of Education Instruction of Kindergartens (Experiment)”that“Kindergartens should cooperate with families and communities closely, connecting with primary schools, synthesizing kinds of educational resources to create good conditions for the development of children.”This challenges the ability of kindergartens to develop kinds of curriculum resources for the integrated development of children. To be the direct curriculum implementers, preschool teachers, like teachers in other educational phases, should be the main body of the kindergartens’curriculum resources development.However, in the kindergarten’s educational and teaching practice, the situation of kindergarteners’curriculum resources development is not optimistic, questions appearing. To some extent, the present situation of kindergarteners’curriculum resources development starts to affect the successful achievement of curriculum objective and the in-depth development of kindergartens’curriculum reform. Therefore, deep research of the problem of kindergarteners’curriculum resources development from the micro aspect is quite valuable both in theory and practice.This research is qualitative-research oriented, describing and analyzing the basic situation and features of teachers’curriculum resources development in an ordinary kindergarten. Numerous factors which influence teachers’curriculum resources development are also analyzed so that some suggestions are drawn in order to promote teachers’curriculum resources development. The basic structure of this thesis is as follows:The first part presents the subject. It mainly analyzes and states the emergency, problems, value and methodology of this research.The second part is research view. Relative problems about curriculum resources development and preschool teachers’curriculum resources development are clarified and concluded.The third part is case study. The basic situation of teachers’curriculum resources development in X kindergarten is described and analyzed in two aspects, including curriculum resources development in the kindergarten and out of the kindergarten.The fourth part shows conclusions and suggestions of this research. This part sums up the basic characteristics of preschool teachers’curriculum resources development, analyzes the influence factors and puts forwards some suggestions.
