Abstract


This thesis based on MgCl 2 carrier-type Ziegler-Natta catalyst enlarged study small test preparation process is amplified according to similar amplification principle , the catalyst , and the obtained catalyst with triethylaluminum (AlEt3 ) combined with ethylene and 1 - butene Copolymerization . Preparation efficient electron donor compound was added on the basis of the traditional Ziegler-Natta catalyst (diphenyl- dimethoxysilane ) MgCl 2 supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst , which is aimed at maintaining the traditional catalyst under the precondition of a high activity , to improve the hydrogen response of the catalyst and copolymerization properties . Paper systematically studied the ratio of magnesium alkoxide in the catalyst preparation process , the type of the electron donor , the electron donor added in an amount and influence of temperature on catalyst performance was added to the electron donor , the catalyst preparation conditions . According to the catalyst small test results to determine the catalyst the amplifying prepared process conditions , and the inspection in terms of the composition of the catalyst and the polymerization performance of the catalyst enlarge the feasibility of the preparation process , and repetition stability . In this thesis GZ catalyst amplification studies have shown that the catalyst to enlarge prepared with a good repeat stability , GZ zoom catalyst with advanced catalyst (R1, R2) , a comparative study , the hydrogen response is higher than that the GZ to enlarge catalyst parameters higher than the catalyst , the copolymerization performance , the bulk density of the polymer produced , the polymerization of the fines content of the product and the oligomer wax content significantly lower than the other two catalysts , better prospects of industrial application . Near GZ catalyst amplification study for catalyst laboratory research to industrial production has a very important significance .
