Molecular design , identified a novel ether ester electron donor -2 - succinic acid monoethyl ester, acyl -9,9 - bis - methoxy-methyl- fluorene synthesis route , i.e. fluorenyl , paraformaldehyde and ethoxide, etc. as a main raw material and , after the etherification , esterification and Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction Narrow Synthesis of 9,9 - bis (hydroxymethyl) fluorene ( BHMF ) , 9,9 - bis - methoxy- methyl- fluorene (BMF ) , the monoethyl ester of succinic acid and succinic acid monoethyl ester chloride (ESC) , the four intermediate, and the ultimate synthesis of the objective compound 2 - succinic acid monoethyl ester, acyl -9,9 - bis - methoxy methyl- fluorene. It also investigated the impact of a number of factors for each reaction ratio of raw materials , amount of catalyst, reaction time and reaction temperature , and then each optimal reaction conditions determined by orthogonal test , and the use of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy , proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and carbon spectra were characterized and analyzed four intermediates and the structure of the product . Finally, dried over anhydrous magnesium chloride , anhydrous ethanol and titanium tetrachloride as main raw material , the first synthetic magnesium dichloride - alcohol complex vector , and then 2 - succinic acid monoethyl ester, acyl -9,9 - bis - methoxymethyl- fluorene synthesized a new polypropylene catalyst internal electron donor , the catalyst particles are spherical particles , measured its titanium content of 2.39 % can be seen from the scanning electron microscope images . Propylene liquid phase bulk polymerization method , the performance of the polymerization reaction of propylene of Catalyst were evaluated in the case without external electron donor , catalytic activity was 1.48 × 106gPP/gTi isotacticity was 85.3 % , to ring hexyl methyl dimethoxy silane as an external electron donor , the catalytic activity of the catalyst system is 1.37 × 106gPP/gTi, isotacticity of 90.7 % .
