Compared to quiet and training athletes heart rate, RR interval, QT interval, there are very significant differences (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: 1 Football League strength training and competition athletes formed elements of blood, especially red blood cells and its parameters change significantly. Athletes bodily functions in the league the early and league late there has been a certain degree of fatigue accumulated more obvious early in the league. 2 League early players in skeletal muscle fatigue is more obvious, strong the League late Athletes protein catabolism, BUN significantly higher. Intensive training and competition intensity and load to adapt to the players of the league late race limited. The League late athletes adapt to the intensive training and competition arrangements, and physical condition to maintain a high level coaches and researchers to solve important problems in future training. 3 long-term training and competition makes the heart of football players sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia, abnormal ECG changes of left ventricular high voltage is more common.
