Abstract


The late 1990s, China's higher education elite towards popularization spring ushered in the development of private colleges, which also led to the competitiveness of the private universities, that is, how private higher learning in the education market maintain its core competitive advantage. This article is based on the theory of core competitiveness, based on the analysis of the history and current status of the development of the private colleges to explore the meaning and characteristics of the core competitiveness of private colleges, and to explore the formation of factors that affect the core competitiveness of China's private colleges and countermeasures and suggestions put forward on the basis of enhancing the core competitiveness of China's private colleges. The full text of five chapters. Chapter departure from the problem of the topics and research background, research ideas and methods, as well as the theoretical value and practical significance of this study. The second chapter of the theoretical basis of organization theory and the theory of competitive strategy based on the perspective of management, with construction of the core competitiveness of China's private colleges. The Chapter by connotation, features and elements of the core competitiveness of private colleges and universities to analyze, build the core competitiveness of China's private colleges theory. Nonprofit and Profit core competitiveness of China's private colleges coexist, integrated, dynamic and unique characteristics, constituted by the policy environment, school system and educational resources, and other factors. Chapter traced back through the course of development of the private colleges and universities in China and development models to explore, reveal the main manifestations of the core competitiveness of China's private colleges, to find out where the problem lies. After the reform and opening up, China's private colleges and universities experienced roughly restore the initial stage, the initial stage of development, a stage of rapid development and standardization stages of development, the main mode of development of independent entrepreneurial model, shareholding pattern, public office to help mode, and dependence regenerative mode, although China private colleges and universities have made considerable progress, but still lack the core competitiveness of China's private colleges, mainly the old concept of education, weak teachers, funding shortage. Chapter the core competitiveness of China's private colleges suggestions. The main factors affecting the core competitiveness of China's private colleges, starting from the three aspects of the institutional strengths, talents and characteristics, institutional environment, the system presents the core competitiveness of China's private colleges to cultivate strategies. This paper follows the theoretical study - Analysis - Countermeasures logical thinking. In accordance with the theory of core competencies (Core Competence), from the development status of private colleges, the problems start, the connotation and characteristics of the core competitiveness through private colleges analysis, in-depth analysis of Private Universities core competitiveness elements and deep-seated reasons, and ideas and suggestions of the system based on the core competitiveness of private colleges and universities, designed to provide references and suggestions to enhance the core competitiveness of private colleges.
