Abstract


Since Brown in 1972 for the first time since the discovery Ph3SnO2CCH3 having inhibiting the growth of tumors in mice , it has conducted extensive studies on the anticancer activity of the organic tin ( IV ) compound . Cisplatin strong antitumor activity of organotin compounds in clinical studies have shown that the siliceous dialkyltin compounds with strong activity in fighting cancer, the papers on the basis of this study , the design and synthesis of nine new hydroxamic acid as a ligand , a silicon-containing dialkyltin complexes. (1) the four silicon alkyltin two hydroxamic acid complexes : ( Me3SiCH2 ) 2Sn { RC (O ) NHO } 2 ( R = C6H5 ; p- ClC6H4 ; CH3CH2CH2 ; CH3CH2CH2CH2CH2 ) ( 2 ) 4 mixed siliceous dialkyltin hydroxamic acid complexes : R ( ME3 SiCH2 ) Sn NHO { R'C ( O ) } 2 ( R = Ph , R 'is = CH3CH2CH2 ; , R = Ph, R ' = CH3CH2CH2CH2CH2 : R = Bu R '= CH3CH2CH2CH2CH2; R = Cy, R' = CH3CH2CH2CH2CH2) (3) 1 Ge two silicon alkyltin single iso- hydroxamic acid complexes { ( Me3SiCH2 ) 2SnC6H4C ( O ) NHO } 2O this thesis the synthesis method optimized characterized by infrared spectroscopy , 1H NMR.13C NMR and elemental analysis were to determine the molecular structure of all target compounds : tin atoms is the center of OO chelate complexes , and water-soluble preliminary experiment.
