Abstract


With the rapid development of market economy in China and the ever-expanding higher education, the employment of university graduates appear to have new characteristics, such as the supply and demand contradiction in job market and the diverse employment concepts, which make our university employment guidance system face tough challenges. How to improve the employment guidance system to reply to the severe employment situation and press is the problem to be solved in employment guidance in universities.This thesis, based on the basic theories of employment guidance, analyzes and concludes the problems in our employment guidance system and the enlightenment of foreign employment guidance on us, constructs university graduates employment guidance system constituted of harmonious employment concepts system, complete employment guidance execution system, high-quality employment guidance team system, and comprehensive employment guidance education system. On this basis, directed at the simple teaching methods and single teaching objects and aims of the traditional employment guidance system, this thesis suggests to construct the university graduates employment guidance system from the following four aspects:apply an comprehensive interactive employment information service, develop employment guidance education activities with the focus of competence cultivation, construct employment guidance education with the core of career planning, and reinforce the construct of specialized employment guidance team.
