Abstract


With the development of e-government around the world , as the core content of the e-government e-government services , growing more and more attention in all aspects . In this paper, economics about \The author uses the theory expounded with case analysis, on the benefits of e-government service issues a more comprehensive summary and analysis . The cost issue, both from the government and the public point of view , the cost required for each analysis , as well as to lower the cost of both strategies ; income issue, there are two main aspects, namely, efficient service and quality of the service . In terms of efficiency , first proposed to achieve high efficiency service marks , then pointed out that e-government services in terms of efficiency problems and propose solutions to government e-services on efficiency measures ; in terms of quality , quality first proposed e-government service requirements , and then point out the factors that affect the quality of the service , and finally proposed to increase the level of quality of service policy . The author 's writing aims to advocate the government embarked on providing low cost, high efficiency , high quality electronic services on the road , thus improving the overall e-government level.
