Abstract


Microteaching is built in a variety of learning theory and systems on the basis of scientific theories , combined with modern electronic teaching tools, and the formation of a system , the form of scientific culture for Students' Teaching skills . Teaching skills sports professional students to become a qualified physical education teachers must have the basic qualities of the successful completion of the physical education teachers in the teaching goal of teaching a series of effective behavior . Young teachers to the Experimental High School in Doumen District of Zhuhai City , Guangdong Province , and Jilin University Institute of Physical Education Professional interns to participate in educational practice as the research object , using literature data , expert interviews , teaching experiments , and mathematical statistics method variety of research methods , by the method of comparative experiments use the interns the microteaching Doumen District of Zhuhai City , Guangdong Province , Youth and Sports of the experimental High School teachers and Jilin University Sports Institute to participate in educational practice of physical education teachers teaching skills to explain skills and intuitive presentation skills compare experimental study . The research results show that use the microteaching this method is effective to improve the teaching skills in physical education teachers to explain the skills and intuitive presentation skills , quantitative evaluation method , obtained in the experimental group had a significantly higher score results the subjects in the control group score results . Using statistical software spss13.0 experimental evaluation results were statistically analyzed using two independent samples t-test inspection Inter Pentium D computer p <0.05, prove microteaching approach in improving the teaching skills of physical education teachers than the use of traditional teaching methods in explaining skills and intuitive presentation energy saving compared with a significant difference . Microteaching training methods, targeted , focused , easy to control and master , help to improve the physical education teachers and teaching competence .
