Abstract


With the constant expansion of traffic , the traffic has become one of the most important daily activities . Transportation activities , schoolchildren security issues more and more people 's attention. Data show that accidents are caused by our middle school students the biggest casualties \Middle school students participating in transportation activities, because physically and psychologically disadvantaged , more likely to become victims of traffic accidents . Traffic lack of knowledge , safety consciousness is a common problem in primary and secondary students . Primary and secondary education should be strengthened traffic safety . By reading a lot of literature , presented new ideas for traffic safety education . The use of digital TV platform to build traffic safety education . TV is a wide coverage, spread fast , covering most populous mass media . Digital television than analog TV interactive, television transmission reliability and quality of television programs were greatly improved. Analog TV Digital TV has changed the mode of passive acceptance of information , so that the audience have more initiative, and choose their own way of viewing . The use of digital television to carry out primary and secondary traffic safety education is a present suitable for China 's national conditions, realistic and effective means. Traffic safety education platform to build , it is important resources construction . ETV programs , you can take full advantage of digital television technology . This article will discuss each theoretical basis for traffic safety education , technical support issues, and in this new digital TV platform media resources on the building. The first part of the paper the traffic safety situation and safety education status is introduced.
