Abstract


Today the Competition among enterprises is global. Everybody knows the importance of talent. How to encourage people, enhance the efficiency, insure the competitive power on the limited manpower budget,a scientific and reasonable compensation management is most important.In order to build an effective and competitive compensation system, some basic rules must be obeyed, such as the compensation system must be fair to all employees and can inspire them and it is competitive compared with other companies.The A company is an large-scale manufacture enterprise, there are a great deal of questions about fairness and encouragement in the present compensation system. The company pays high level salary but the employees are not satisfied with it. so it is necessary and urgent to set up a new compensation systemAt first, this dissertation expounded the correlative theories and knowledge, especially 3P compensation system which is the academic base of the following dissertation Secondly, the dissertation introduced A company, and its personnel actualities. It studies the structure of human resource as well as the state of compensation system,analyses and diagnoses the present questions of the compensation system of the company. At last,the dissertation gives the goals, guiding principle and detail measures through,job evaluation,performance evaluation and the determination of ability. And designs the better compensation system based on the 3P compensation theory.
