Abstract


Low-dimensional structure of the electron spin -orbit coupling and related phenomena is currently the leading edge of semiconductor spintronics one of the topics . The use of the density matrix and quantum transport equation approach , we study the quasi- one -dimensional quantum wire Rashba spin -orbit coupling in the presence of impurity scattering and time-dependent magnetic field induced by the electron charge transport . The results show that when included in a minimum of two sub-bands exist between the mixed charge transport induced by the magnetic field , and gives the induced current with the magnetic field frequency and spin- orbit coupling strength relationship . When a child with a mixed case can be ignored , there is no charge transport induced by the magnetic field .
