Abstract


A company's ability to make the right strategic choice is important , and the ability to be a powerful means to ensure the strategy was correct implementation is equally important . The purpose of this study is to find such a powerful means to promote the improvement of the performance of the company and strategic implementation . Through the establishment of a comprehensive performance management system , the implementation of the corporate strategy decomposition to the pre - sales and technical personnel who staff clear direction for the work to improve the performance of employees . With the virtuous cycle of performance management , sustainable development , to achieve the company's strategic goals .
