Abstract


Civil airports in as the public basic industries in the national economy , the reform of the localization , how to adapt to the needs of the development of the market economy and respond to the lack of funds to become the most important issue facing . Further deepen the reform , the establishment of a modern enterprise system , to better promote local economic and social development , increasing the value of state-owned assets has also become the urgent need to solve the main problem . Xi'an Xianyang Airport is China 's six major regional aviation hub , the current scale of the airport and the operational capacity and management level is difficult to meet the needs of the market , and the large-scale development of the western region , the Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone and the Eurasia continental bridge to further open up very suited financing strategies , how to choose the airport has become an important topic in the current airport development .
