Abstract


Basic education reform outline \Evaluation as a social value judgment , attention should be paid to its incentives and the guiding role of the core of the teacher evaluation system to promote the professional development of teachers is to promote teachers to improve their teaching , encourage teachers to continue to reflect on their own teaching ideas , teaching attitude and teaching behavior and provide help and guidance for the professional development of teachers . Zizhu Middle School , for example , the use of the development objective evaluation model and the evaluation method with supporting Zizhu Park Middle School teacher evaluation status quo is analyzed on the basis of the preparation of teacher evaluation standards to promote the professional development of teachers , and pay various implementation , subsequently promoting teacher professional development , teacher evaluation re-evaluation , in order to test the quality of this evaluation . Finally, put forward three thinking and enlightenment : (1) evaluation criteria distinguish thinking ; (2) the reflection of the conditions necessary for a successful evaluation ; ( 3) recommendations on the results of the evaluation feedback .
