Learning research study, the learning environment is the direct external conditions play a decisive role, in order to better carry out research study, it is necessary for its creation of a suitable learning environment as an external support. However, for a long time in a research study to carry out the process there are a series of questions, such as: teachers learning environment lack of knowledge, do not attach importance to the creation of a learning environment for students, lack of maneuverability theoretical guidance counseling teachers, research study evaluation system is not perfect , teaching poor management, in order to solve these problems, and to explore the application of information technology in the research study, the paper to formulate the basic research question: how to apply information technology to the instructional design of the research study, should be the creation of what IT supported learning environment to promote student learning and teacher guidance. According to the basic research question, the authors focused on three aspects of a study: (1) IT Support Learning Environment. Combing the basis of the relevant research, based on student learning and instructor-led research study needs research, construct the learning environment in the framework of the IT support, the framework includes four space: subject / project space, operating space support space environment, eight elements: subject / project, resources, tools, bracket, Learning Community, management, evaluation, and environment, and provides a conceptual framework for the design and implementation of research learning environment.
