Abstract


Road construction is an important part of national economy, and they have a very close relationship. Based on available literature review abroad and domestic, this paper drew up the research plan and raised 3 creative points:designing well established index system, creating the conceptual model, and analyzing the model quantitatively and qualitatively from the view of industry and area.This paper used three models:correlation model, input-output model and AHP model to analyze the simulating effects of road construction on economy of Shandong province. Used statistical analyze model to get correlation relationship between road construction and three main industries, and also the correlation relationship between road construction and GDP of Shandong province. Using input-output model to analyze the direct and indirect coefficients between road construction and economical departments based on that we could the extent of the relationship. In this part, it also calculated investment multiplier and stimulating coefficient of several years to observe the trend. Besides that, this paper also used AHP model to analyze how road construction index affected national economy from both the quantity-encouraging national economy and quality-optimizing the economic structure through questionnaire investigation. By using three models to analyze, the paper got the quantized result, and through data processing this paper concluded the specific index, the extent of affection and the development trend of the stimulation effect of road construction on economy of Shandong province. After every model, the research made the conclusion and suggestion. At the end of this paper, based on the specific condition of Shandong province and the conclusion of three models, the paper raised several political suggestions, such as making well-considered plans of density of road network, managing road construction scientifically, optimizing the economic structure and raising GDP through seizing the opportunity of new polities.
