Abstract


The low-carbon economy wave swept. In recent years, global climate change is cause for concern, for the reflection of the mode of economic development, and the pursuit of a new economic growth point, the world, especially the developed countries have proposed the development of a low carbon economy. For China, the transformation of economic development, the development of low-carbon economy, either from the fundamental solution to the contradiction between economic and resource environment and with consistency theoretically and objectives with China is to promote ecological civilization, is to implement the scientific the objective requirements of the concept of development and building a harmonious society, but also the needs of China's diplomatic work. The low-carbon economy for the agricultural use of the new requirements and new ideas, under the vision of a low carbon economy, to explore how to achieve a low-carbon and the economic agricultural land use, is a challenging proposition. To study agricultural land use, analysis of the relevant factors affecting agricultural development trends from the combination of theory and practice on a new model of agricultural land use to extract the low-carbon economy era, from the perspective of the low-carbon economy better able to provide for the development of modern agriculture ideas. On the other hand, through the rational use of agricultural land, will also be a strong impetus to the development of low-carbon economy. From the current situation, the use of agricultural land is one of the hot spots of the academic research, but from the low-carbon economy perspective off on agricultural land use is still rare, and the exploration of this issue, not only for low-carbon theoretical significance, in-depth study on the economic and agricultural land use has important practical significance for the promotion of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and sustainable development of a new socialist countryside construction as well as the transformation of economic development mode. To agricultural land use study Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, use Marxism ecological theory, ecological civilization theory, theory of land ecological service functions, decoupling theory, the theory of the \(EKC hypothesis), ecological footprint theory, and Jin Jiang Ziling forest, Kuala modern agricultural demonstration farm, Lu Tung Estate and shipped partnership Village empirical research, the problem of the use of agricultural land under the vision of a low carbon economy more in-depth discussion. From to carry out a specific analysis of the basic characteristics of the low-carbon economy, the relationship between the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of low-carbon economic development, agricultural land use and low-carbon economy, agricultural land use, historical change and development trends. On this basis, the proposed new model of agricultural land use under the low-carbon economy vision of security system to achieve rational use of agricultural land, and the era of low-carbon economy.
