Abstract


With the development of the national economy , speed enhancement , increasing traffic volume , vehicle large proportion overloading overloading increasing , and put forward higher requirements on the road . Extend the service life of the pavement in order to improve the quality of the asphalt pavement , and improve investment returns , fiber asphalt pavement with its technical performance excellent , simple construction , economic rationality attention by the people , has a broad application prospects . This paper is to study a variety of fiber ( including lignin fibers, Teresa Bennett fiber , the basalt mineral fiber ) fibers asphalt mortar rheological methods to study the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mastic to study mechanism of fiber filler types , fiber types , fiber content, aging of the rheological properties of the asphalt mastic , on this basis , the proposed the fiber use doctrine . Substantial indoor study of a variety of fibers and different aggregate gradation asphalt mixture type , system analysis of the performance of fiber road asphalt mixture high temperature stability , low temperature crack resistance , water stability , the establishment of a fiber the rheological properties of asphalt mastic asphalt mixture road performance relationship . Orthogonal test and correlation analysis , the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture , low temperature cracking resistance , water stability Road Performance experimental research, comprehensive evaluation of the type of gradation , fiber content and fiber types of fiber asphalt mixture the material road performance , given a fiber asphalt mixture design recommendations . Rheological properties of asphalt mastic asphalt mixture road performance analysis shows that the rheological properties of the fiber asphalt mastic asphalt mixes high temperature , low temperature performance has a great influence . Therefore, based on the rheological properties of the fiber asphalt mastic to predict the asphalt mixture road performance .
