Knowledge innovation in enterprises need some power from organization incentive system. Only enterprises with good innovation incentive system can have strong power for innovation, and make abundant achievement by innovation.First, enterprise knowledge innovation was analysis in the point of view from system.①The first beginning is economical theories of discovery for the contribution by knowledge innovation for economic growth. The overviews of knowledge were anglicized by the angel of economics, management, informatics and philosophy, and the functions and values of knowledge for enterprises were set forth, knowledge work, knowledge worker, knowledge enterprises and knowledge management were all elaborated in management.②The summary of knowledge innovation models were proposed from the angel of micro-mechanism of knowledge innovation and management at the base of outlines of enterprises knowledge innovation.③The elements of knowledge innovation system and the factors of enterprises knowledge innovation system were gained.Second, theory discussions of enterprises staff incentive.①Value theories of human capital from economics, the conception, process, role, principles of enterprises innovation and classical organization innovation theories from management, different theories and methods of enterprises salary management from history angel.②Summary of models of staff incentive factors, internal and external factors of staff incentive were discussed deeply from the angels of human natures, relationship of employment, and contract.③Demonstrations of enterprises staff incentive factors system in our country by questionnaires and statistics. Inventive factors preinstalled based on the theory studies above, conclusions of obvious incentive factors about enterprises of the staff working state by correlation analysis, factor analysis, and ridge regression analysis, and analysis of variance for setting factors.Third, Construction of enterprises staff incentive system based on knowledge innovation.①General structure of enterprises staff incentive system, targets, principles, processes of enterprises staff inventive system design for enterprise knowledge innovations on the base of enterprises knowledge innovation system, theory and demonstration of enterprises innovation factors above.②The status, problems and countermeasures of staff incentive for enterprises knowledge innovation.③Staff incentive system design for knowledge innovation for reactions to her internal and external circumstances in the case of GH group. Re-design staff incentive system of GH, constructions of general broad-band payment system with staff performance and enterprises benefits for strategies system including knowledge innovation strategy on the base of internal and external conditions, status and problems of enterprises staff incentive management.
