Abstract

Study intends hole Scylla larvae thermostat ecological laboratory and artificial light conditions, the effects of different light sources, light intensity, illumination time intends hole Scylla larvae growth and development and the impact of the energy budget, in order for the proposed temple Scylla seed cultivation provides the necessary theoretical foundation and technical support. The main findings are as follows: 1. Different light on the impact of the proposed hole mud crab larvae growth using ecological methods, incandescent and fluorescent lamp as a light source intends hole Scylla growth. The results show that: the incandescent lamp as a light source, the light intensity in 5000Lux intended hole final metamorphosis of blue crab larvae survival rate was 18.33%, only 5.00% of the fluorescent lighting conditions, the difference was very significant (P lt; 0.05 ), therefore incandescent than the fluorescent lamp as the light source of the the scyllo indoor aquaculture more suitable. Photoperiod affect the growth and development of the mud crab larvae intends hole in the laboratory under constant temperature conditions to study the different photoperiod (0L: 24D, 6L: 18D, 12L: 12D, 18L: 6D, 24L: 0D) on Scylla zoea larvae molt, growth, results show that: the same developmental stage, photoperiod, Scylla Z 1 -Z5 developmental stage spot metamorphosis survival rate differences is not obvious, but Z5- M phase differences, which 0L: 24D and 24L: 0D test group of larvae failed to metamorphosis to megalopa; 12L: 12D test group showed the highest rate of metamorphosis, reaching 24.4%; Scylla Z2-Z3, Z4-Z5 two developmental stages of molting between the difference was not significant, the other stage is quite different 12L: 12D shortest development time, the fastest growth. 3 light intensity at different developmental stages intends hole growth of blue crab larvae in dark conditions as compared to different light intensities (3000Lux 5000 Lux, 7000Lux 9000Lux), intends to different developmental stages hole mud crab larvae growth The results show that: under 5000 Lux light intensity spot metamorphosis survival rate is higher than the other light intensity conditions, Z 1 -Z2, Z2-Z3, Z3-Z4, Z4-Z5, Z5-M stage spot metamorphosis survival rates were 86.67%, 76.67%, 63.33%, 78.00%, 78.00%, and significantly higher than the dark and 9000Lux light intensity under the (P lt; 0.05). Spot metamorphosis survival rate lowest in dark conditions, the Z 1 -Z2, Z2-Z3, Z3-Z4, Z4-Z5 the Z5-M phase, spot metamorphosis survival rate was 38.33% , 41.67%, 15.00%, 30.00%, 46.00%, respectively. From the view of the entire growth phase, Z3-Z4 is light affect a larger stage. Light intensity of Scylla Z 1 ~~ M growth and survival rate impact to proposed-hole mud crab (Scylla paramamosain) as the object of study, research 1000Lux 3000Lux, 5000 Lux 7000Lux, 9000Lux five groups The light intensity molting, growth of its Zoea. The results show that: (1) 1000Lux test group larvae from the spot metamorphosis survival rate decreased from 4 Zoea (Z4) stage, all the experiments that ultimately are not abnormal larvae big eyes the larval (M); 5000 Lux test group final metamorphosis survival rate than the light intensity 3000Lux, 7000Lux, 9000Lux test group increased by 10.00%, 7.78%, 15.56%, reached significant difference (P lt; 0.05). (2) each experimental group larvae from Z 1 average number of days ~~ M required: 3000Lux test group, 19.5d; 5000 Lux test group, 15.2d; 7000Lux test group 15.7d; 9000Lux test group , 17.2d. The group development speed 5000Lux, and 7000Lux trial significantly faster than the other test group (P lt; 0.05). Illumination intensity of the light intensity larval energy budget proposed hole Scylla (3000Lux, 5000Lux 7000Lux) feeding on blue crab larvae can (I), the growth of the energy value of the energy (G) exist significant impact, 5000Lux group of I and G are significantly higher than the other two groups. G / I, R / I, E / I, eV / I (R, E, and Ev respectively breathing can, molting and defecation excretion can) four indicators in three light intensity is no significant difference, this results indicate that, although the light intensity can affect the level of the energy values ??(absolute value) of the respective components, but does not affect the energy distribution pattern in between each group of parts. 6 the light intensity intended hole mud crab larvae digestive enzyme activity of different light intensities (0Lux, 3000Lux, 5000Lux, 7000Lux, 9000Lux) intended hole Scylla larvae (Z 1 Z 3 Z 5 , M) 3 digestive enzyme, the results show that: (1) With the growth and development of the proposed hole Scylla, protease and lipase dynamic vitality increasingly The higher the increasingly low amylase activity. (2) at the same stage of development, different light intensities, three digestive enzymes vitality 5000Lux light intensity conditions, including protease and lipase activity was significantly higher than the other light intensity, and the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05) . Lower than other light intensity in the dark and 9000Lux light intensity conditions, three kinds of digestive enzymes.
